MCS successfully conducted a second leader development program in partnership with the Leary Firefighters Foundation. The program – At the Point of the Spear: Fire Service Leadership – was hosted by the Boston Fire Department and included participants from the Boston, Worcester, and New York City fire departments. The five-day program was paid for by a grant from the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation’s New England Chapter.
