We have used MCS to train around 1000 staff and volunteers in Fireline Leadership at CFA over the past 5 years. This has consistently been our highest rated program averaging a 4.75 on a 5 point scale. We have over 50,000 firefighters so we run a lot of programs and these programs have stood apart.

…Amazingly enough, our current plan has set us up so well to be able to transition to the new service. Each of the LOEs provides a road map for an incoming group to take on our work in a new way. The skillsets that our staff have learned from your team have also set them up to evaluate change and all of the factors that influence it and make plans that can be molded with new information. Specifically, our regional staff have become grounded in all aspects of strategic management to deal with highly political fires, loss of more than half of our team to retirements, making plans for the future, and ensuring we can communicate our work effectively. All in all, we are a much better prepared group due to the investment of your team over the years.
