Mission-Centered Solutions, Inc., in partnership with the Leary Firefighters Foundation, successfully completed the latest in a series of leader development programs coordinated and funded by the foundation. The program – At the Point of the Spear: Fire Service Leadership, (DHS: CA-002-PREV) focuses on helping response leaders build more cohesive, adaptive, and resilient teams and teaches principles for leading in high-risk and high-stress environments, building team cohesion, and resolving conflicts and problems within the team.
Hosted by the Newark Fire Department, the 5-day program was comprised of twenty-two participants representing seven fire departments from the greater Newark, New Jersey area.
